"The Iwano Project IV 2002-2003."

Time: During 2002 - 2003

• The Golden Sponsor`s logo will be shown on the poster, catalog, multimedial CD presentation, invitations, application forms, billboard... as well as at the web-site in the form of a spinning banner.
• The golden sponsor`s logo will be presented at all press conferences during 2003.
• The golden sponsor has the right to distribute promotional materials (flags, stickers, pencils, paper pads, paper cases), and his catalogs, brochures... at the opening of the exhibitions.
• Director, or another appinted person has the right to greet the guests and participants at the promotion -opening of the exhibition "The Iwano Project 2003." (up to 5 min) in the name of the golden sponsor;
• The golden sponsor has the right to take part at the press conferences organized to present the preparations and realization of "The Iwano Project 2002-2003";
• The golden sponsor will be presented with a gratitude certificate at the project`s promotion.
• The golden sponsor representative will hand in the awards to the artists at the project`s promotion.
• To become the golden sponsor, a payment of 80.000 Euro netto is needed

Conditions of payment: 50% (40.000 Euro) immediately after the signing of the contract, 50% (40.000 Euro) until September 1st 2003.

Payment is made at the current account with Novosadska banka (SCG): UPIDIV ......................

• The silver sponsor`s logo will be presented at the poster, catalog, multimedial CD presentation, invitations, application forms as well as on the web-site.
• The silver sponsor`s logo will be presented in all advertisments.
• The silver sponsor`s role will be pointed out at the press conferences organized for the prepaprations and realization of "The Iwano Project IV 2002-2003";
• The silver sponsor is presented with a gratitude certificate at the promotion and press conference before the opening of the first exhibition in Novi Sad in 2003.

To become the silver sponsor, a payment of 59.000 Euro netto is needed.

Conditions of payment: 50% (29.000 Euro) immediatly after the signing of the contract, 50% (29.000 Euro) until September 1st 2003.

Payment os made at the current account with Novosadska banka (SCG): UPIDIV ......................

• Placement of the firm name on the poster, catalogs and invitations.
• Placement of the firm name on the project`s web-site.

To become the sponsor, a payment of 25.000 Euro netto is needed

Conditions of payment: 50% (12.500 Euro) immediately after the signing of the contract, and 50% (12.500 Euro) until Septemer 1st 2003.

Payment is made at the current account with Novosadska banka (SCG): UPIDIV ......................

• Has the right to distribute his promotional materials at the cocktail party.
• The firm`s name will be shown in Klub 10 and at the na web site.
• The firm`s representative will give a speech at the opening (up to 5 min).

To become the cocktail party host, it is necessary to serve own products or make a payment of 600 Euro.

Conditions of payment: Until September 1st 2003.

Payment at the current account with Novosadska banka (SCG): UPIDIV ......................

• Has the right to more exclusive information on The Iwano Project.
• Has the right to display the sign
• logo of the media house during press conferences and the opening of the exhibitions.
• Has the right to display the sign
• logo of the media house on the printed materials of the Project.
• The meadia sponsor had the oligation to spread information on "The Iwano Project" and to submit the materials in the form of a press clip (in printed, digital or AVI format, depending on the character of the media house), to the Project's author.
• The media sponsor will be presented at the web-site and in the CD prsentation of the Project.
• The contract is limited to two year, which is the maximum time of the Project's cycle.
• After the cycle has ended, the media sponsor will be presented with a gratitude certificate from "The Iwano Project".
